Designation - Associate Agency Development ManagerLocation -Dehradun , Haridwar , Saharanpur , Meerut , Rudrapur , Almora , HaldwaniThe Relationship Manager for the Agency Channel is responsible for building and managing relationships with life insurance agents. This role involves driving sales growth, supporting agents, and ensuring the overall success of the agency channel in achieving business targets.Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:Lead and drive life insurance sales through the agency channel, meet sales targets, and ensure business growth.
• Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, offering training, guidance, and ongoing support to enhance their sales performance.
• Agent Recruitment & Development:Assist in recruiting new agents and support their onboarding, training, and professional development to expand the agency network.
• Performance Monitoring:Monitor and evaluate agent performance, implementing strategies to improve productivity and achieve higher sales outcomes.
• Compliance & Reporting:Ensure agents comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance data.
• Customer Service Support:Provide assistance to agents in resolving customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction, including claim process guidance.
