Job Description

• Disbursement Target achievement as per City CAT
• Net Insurance Premium collection of 2% of Disbursement Volume Target
• 50% of the file login target equivalent CASA A/c should open
• Compliance to all process norms
• Managing customer relationships & addressing sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & cross-sell to customers
• Cross Selling - Insurance Premium to cover credit risk
• Engage with DSAs and connectors to have disbursement pipeline and consistent business growth
