Job Description

    Sales Manager FMCG (HoReCa Industry)Position: Sales ManagerDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentLocation: [Delhi-NCR, Western UP, Himachal, Punjab, Uttarakhand]Experience: 5 years in FMCG sales, with a strong focus on the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) sector.Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Min experience 5 yearsOther Requirements:- Candidate should have atleast 3 years of experience in HoReCa industry.- Experience of working with brands like Veeba, Foodcoast, Cremica, Foodrite, Del monte, Dr oetkar etc. will be a plus.- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skillsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentKey Responsibilities:
    • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the HoReCa sector.
    • Identify and onboard new clients, ensuring a consistent pipeline of business opportunities.
    • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
    • Provide insights to management for product development and pricing strategies tailored to the HoReCa industry.
    • Team Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and operations, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
    • Mentor and train junior sales staff to enhance team capabilities.
    • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present results to senior management.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
    Key Skills and Competencies:
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the FMCG sector, especially in HoReCa.
    • Strong understanding of the HoReCa ecosystem, including key players, purchasing processes, and market dynamics.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive sales decisions.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in the HoReCa segment.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
