Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Sales Manager (B2B) to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and managing branch operations within the life insurance sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in branch sales and territory management, with a proven track record of developing successful agency sales strategies.     • Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive agency development and growth.
    • Oversee territory sales management, ensuring optimal coverage and customer engagement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in branch sales, preferably in the life insurance industry.
    • Skills: Strong expertise in branch sales, territory sales management, agency sales, and agency development.
    • Education: A bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
    • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving sales goals.
    • Location: Willingness to work in Noida, Meerut, Delhi, or Dehradun.
    Additional InformationThis is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 6,00,000.
