Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVEAbout the Job:We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team at DocPlix.As a BDE, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) product todoctors and healthcare providers in the region. You will be the primary point of contact between the company and themedical community.Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales plan to promote and sell our EMR product to doctors and healthcare providers. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, and networking. Schedule appointments with doctors and healthcare providers to provide product demonstrations and presentations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers to ensure customer satisfaction andretention. Identify market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to the company to improve product developmentand marketing strategies. Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and the product. Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare industry trends and regulations. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and other sales support tools. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with doctors andhealthcare providers. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome sales challenges. Knowledge of EMR systems and healthcare technology is desirable. Willingness to travel to meet with doctors and healthcare providers in the region.
