Job Description

    Job Title :: Digital Marketing TrainerJob Location : Meerut CityOverview ::We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and teach these concepts to individuals or groups. The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape.Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive digital marketing training programs tailored to the needs of diverse audiences, including beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced practitioners. Design training materials, presentations, and resources such as slide decks, handouts, exercises, and case studies to support instructional objectives. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in various. formats, including in-person workshops, webinars, virtual classrooms, and online courses. Cover a wide range of digital marketing topics, including but not limited to: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Social Media Marketing (SMM) Email Marketing Content Marketing Analytics and Data-driven Marketing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Mobile Marketing Digital Marketing Strategy and Planning Provide personalized coaching and guidance to participants, addressing their specific learning needs and challenges. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and integrate relevant insights into training content and delivery. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify training needs, develop new content, and enhance existing training offerings. Support marketing initiatives by contributing content, insights, and expertise for blogs, webinars, social media, and other promotional channels. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums, showcasing thought leadership in digital marketing education.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications in digital marketing are preferred. Proven experience (3 years) in digital marketing roles such as Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar positions. Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools across multiple channels and platforms. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner. Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a genuine desire to help others succeed in their digital marketing careers. Ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies and market dynamics, and to translate these insights into practical learning experiences. Experience with instructional design principles, learning management systems (LMS), and e-learning platforms is a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
