Job Description

    Area Sales Executive - Drive Healthcare Innovation!Join us as a AreaSales Executive in Ahmedabad and play a vital role in bringing innovative medical products to the healthcare community. This full-time position focuses on building strong relationships with doctors and OT staff, executing impactful sales strategies, and generating significant demand for our diverse product portfolio.Your Role & Responsibilities:
    • Strategically meet and build rapport with doctors and OT staff.
    • Drive promotion and generate demand for our key product lines.
    • Achieve target doctor coverage within your designated territory.
    • Execute company sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
    • Provide valuable market intelligence to your ABM.
    • Embody the companys core values and operational standards.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Preferred: Science Graduate.
    • Considered: Non-Science Background with 1.5 years of current healthcare company experience. D.Pharma candidates with a minimum of 1.5 years of relevant healthcare company experience.
    • Minimum Experience:
      • 1 year in Business Development (Pharma/Medical Devices/Healthcare company).
      • 1 year selling medical devices/pharma products (preferred).
      • Specifics: 1 year for Science Background; 1.5 years for Non-Science and D.Pharma backgrounds.
    • Age: Under 29 years (Max 28).
    • Key Competencies: Excellent communication, customer relationship building, sales management, product portfolio understanding, market analysis, and channel sales.
    • Language: Proficient in English (preferred).
    • Mobility: 100% travel readiness is a must.
