Job DescriptionWe are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Field Officer Sales (FOS) professionals for our Digital Banking business. The role involves promoting digital payment products, acquiring customers, onboarding merchants, and driving sales of fintech solutions.Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell Digital Banking products.
• Acquire new customers and onboard merchants.
• Sell and activate POS Machines, FASTag, and NCMC Prepaid Cards.
• Visit merchants within the assigned territory for business development.
• Educate customers on digital payment solutions and product benefits.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for merchant onboarding and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate (Mandatory).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
• Basic knowledge of digital payments and smartphone applications.
