Job Description

We are seeking for a Materials Supervisor oversees the efficient flow and management of materials, ensuring timely delivery, accurate inventory, and adherence to safety and quality standards, while also leading and coordinating staff.Maintaining accurate records, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of materials. Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Supervising and coordinating staff, providing training, and motivating employees to achieve goals. Identifying areas for improvement in material handling processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the material handling process. Working with other departments, such as procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations. Managing the materials budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Conducting performance evaluations of staff and providing feedback for improvement.
