Job DescriptionLocation: Meerut, Mettupalayam Department: Sales Home Decor Reports To: Regional Sales ManagerAbout the RoleWe are looking for dynamic and experienced Sales Officers to drive Home Decor sales at our showroom destinations across the country. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Home Decor showrooms, strong sales acumen, and the ability to lead and manage store teams to deliver operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership
  • Drive store-level GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and revenue targets.
  • Ensure productivity and performance of store staff; store staff will directly report to the Sales Officer.
  • Engage with customers to maximize conversions.
  • Plan and execute on-ground demand generation activities.
• Customer & Dealer Management
  • Maintain a customer index and track customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and monitor Dealer Health Cards; coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all store-level customer orders and queries (Sleek/Bath/UPVC/WT).
  • Ensure smooth servicing and follow-ups for sales and material requirements.
• Operational Excellence
  • Oversee implementation of operational guidelines for store teams.
  • Ensure effective use of digital platforms to drive customer engagement and conversions.
• Team Development
  • Recruit, train, and groom store teams in coordination with the central training team.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, customer centricity, and compliance.
What Youll Need
• Proven experience as a Senior Salesperson in a Home Decor showroom.
• Strong ability to manage multiple customers and sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
