The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in Home Loan and LAP sales, with a strong ability to source new clients, manage leads, and drive conversions.Key Responsibilities:
• Source and onboard new clients for Home Loans and Loan Against Property
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and referral partners
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate loan products
• Manage end-to-end documentation and loan processing
• Consistently meet monthly sales and conversion targets
• Stay updated with local market trends and competitor offerings
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan or LAP sales
• Strong understanding of the local market in assigned location
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• 12th pass candidates are eligible to apply
