Designation - Relationship OfficerChannel - BancaCTC - 3.70 LPA IncentivesKey ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned sales targets through effective relationship management with bank partners.Generate business from the banks existing customer base and walk-in clients.Cross-sell and up-sell life insurance products as per customer needs.2. Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with branch managers, cluster heads, and other bank staff.Ensure high levels of engagement with bank partners through regular branch visits and joint calls.3. Training & DevelopmentConduct regular product and process training sessions for bank staff.Drive motivation and awareness about life insurance within the partner network.4. Compliance & Process AdherenceEnsure all sales are compliant with regulatory and company guidelines.Maintain accurate documentation and timely submission of all required reports.
