Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Recruit Insurance Agents
• Support insurance agents to drive their business.
• Increase agent base & sales in the market
• Travelling in neighbouring districts from based location to Recruit Insurance agents.
• Recruit, Onboard & train new POSP agents to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell insurance products.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Graduate in any field.
• 2 to 5 Year experience in the general insurance industry within the relevant market.
• Willingness to do field sales & travel extensively.
• Hands on experience with Gmail & MS Office.
