Job Title:Sales Officer - Mortgage SalesSalary:2.25 LPA to 3.50 LPA Lucrative IncentivesKey Responsibilities:
1. Area/Lane/Geography Mapping:
• Regularly map lanes, areas, and geography with supervisor assistance.
• Identify and inform about new sources in the assigned area during team huddles.
2. Source Relationship Management:
• Manage relationships with all sources within your area.
3. Maintain Reports:
• Maintain daily sales reports and activity logs.
• Ensure all activities are documented according to company standards.
4. Channel Partner Recruitment:
• Identify the need for and help recruit channel partners effectively.
5. Team Huddle:
• Attend daily team huddles to maintain communication and alignment with the team.
6. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance the customer experience.
7. Completion of File:
• Ensure the complete submission of necessary documents and application forms for the sales process.
