Senior Production EngineerRole & responsibilities1. Daily Morning round in production line and Enuring the Good condation the shop floor2. Ensuring no abnormal sitituin production lines.3. Follow the IATF 16949 standard4. Daily SQDCP Revew with supervisor5.Ensure On time closure of Process audit NCs5. Ensure On time closure of Process audit NCsnted as per TQM promotion plan.7. Hourly production monitoring8. Operator Efficiency monitoring9. OEE Monitoring10. Ensure Internal process rejection and action plan11. Rejection analysis and reduction plan12. Ensure Process adherance as per CP/SOP.13. Ensure No customer complaint due to process non complainces.14. Ensure the Haraz waste handling process15. Ensure the consumable cost16. Ensure no line stoppage.17. Ensure No customer complaint due to Operational issue.18. Completion of TQM activities as per plan.(QC, Kaizen Suggestion )19. Insure the -Scrap cost, DMC Cost, Consumable cost20. Operator Training plan as per training calender21. line 5S audit plan and close the open point22. Near miss identify and action plan23. Production plan V/s actual and gap analysis24. Drive the Red bin meeting , defict analysis and update the action plan25.
