Job Title: QC ChemistLocation: Kadi , Mahesana Salary: 25,000 CTC per monthExperience Required: Minimum 3 yearsIndustry: Edible Oil / Cotton Seed Oil ManufacturingQualification: B.Sc in Chemistry or related fieldKey Responsibilities:Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.Perform tests such as acid value, peroxide value, moisture content, iodine value, and other relevant analyses for edible and cottonseed oil.Operate and maintain laboratory instruments including GC, HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, etc.Maintain accurate and detailed records of lab tests and results.Ensure all quality control procedures are followed as per industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FSSAI, ISO).Identify deviations and suggest corrective actions.Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and inspections.Collaborate with the production team to address quality-related issues in real time.Assist in implementing and improving QC protocols and SOPs.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of QC experience in an edible oil or cotton seed oil manufacturing environment.B.Sc in Chemistry or related discipline.Hands-on experience with laboratory testing procedures and equipment.Good knowledge of food safety standards and industry regulations.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
