Role DescriptionAs a Salesforce Architect with expertise in Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of our clients Salesforce ecosystem. Must have experience in working with globally distributed teams and agile delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize solutions that enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Development: Lead the design and development of customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other technologies.
  • Project Management: Experience with estimation and planning and Agile methodologies
  • Experience Cloud: Implement and enhance the Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) to create seamless digital experiences for customers, partners, and employees.
  • Service Cloud: Design and configure Service Cloud solutions to optimize customer support processes, including case management, knowledge management, and integration with other systems.
  • Marketing Cloud: Leverage Marketing Cloud to create and execute personalized marketing campaigns, surveys, email automation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business-critical systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth workflow processes.
  • Code Review: Perform code reviews to ensure best practices, maintain code quality, and mentor junior developers.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and release notes.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementations.
  • Stay Current: Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce application development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce-related technologies such as Salesforce APIs and web services.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management.
Nice-to-have skillsQualifications
  • 8-10 years of work experience in relevant field
  • B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
