Role Description
  • Lead the technical delivery of engineering projects in Banking Clients from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time with high quality standards.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, engineering and test leads to drive delivery.
  • Ensure the successful completion of all major activities, tasks and deliverables pertaining to the requirement analysis and mapping stage.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress while managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Banking industry trends to drive innovation within the company.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Lead discussions with various Banking Clients on transformation projects.

  • Technical Expertise: 14 years of hands-on experience in technical delivery management, with a strong focus on banking clients.
    • Deep understanding of full-stack development, including Java, Python, React, and cloud technologies.
    • Proven track record in delivering complex, mission-critical solutions for large-scale banking applications.
    • Strong knowledge of IT software development methodologies, especially Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Leadership and Management:
    • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams of 50-100 members.
    • Proven ability to foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Domain Knowledge:
    • In-depth understanding of banking operations, including core banking, retail and commercial lending, personal lending, and treasury.
    • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
    • Experience with data and analytics solutions.
    • Strong understanding of architectural patterns and design principles.
