Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong expertise in Camunda workflows and a solid understanding of wealth management processes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into robust, scalable solutions.Technical Skills
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for workflows and wealth management processes.
  • Design and optimize workflows using Camunda BPM, aligning them with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
  • Support and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Utilize JIRA for project management, including creating user stories, tracking progress, and managing sprints workflows.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements using business process modelling (BPMN 2.0).
  • Provide domain expertise on wealth management, including investment products, portfolio management, and compliance.
  • Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to ensure clarity and adoption of new workflows.
Nice-to-have skillsQualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
  • Hands-on experience with Camunda BPM or similar workflow management tools.
  • Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, process modelling, and decision management (DMN).
  • Familiarity with API integrations and micro services architecture is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of customer on-boarding, KYC processes, and financial advisory practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Certifications like CBAP, experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and knowledge of financial software platforms.
