Role DescriptionAs a Principle Engineer - Data Reporting Services at Incedo, you will be responsible for creating reports and dashboards for clients. You will work with clients to understand their reporting needs and design reports and dashboards that meet those needs. You will be skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and have experience with reporting tasks such as data analysis, dashboard design, and report publishing.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of professionals responsible for preparing client reports based on defined frequency (monthly, quarterly etc.) by sourcing the reporting information from various applications and/or teams to distribute accurate client reports within prescribed deadlines.
• Accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for the team (e.g., performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) as well as support mechanisms for achievement including SMART goal setting.
• Identify and implement corrective action plans across teams while analyzing and assessing business risk.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for internal/external staff queries, and develop/manage process, productivity, and quality standards.
• Build strong client relationships through a good understanding of business needs and opportunity areas.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate and complete process documentation.
• Design and track process KPIs based on end business objectives and ensure seamless reporting to senior management.

Technical SkillsSkills Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Experience in designing and developing data reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with data integration and ETL tools such as Talend or Informatica.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality concepts.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Must understand the companys long-term vision and align with it.
• Should be able to identify problems, generate effective solutions, and troubleshoot issues that may arise while working on complex projects.
• Must display adaptability to changing circumstances, new technology, and shifting priorities.

Nice-to-have skillsQualifications

• 12-15 years of operational experience in the financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience in Public/Private Equity, Capital Markets, performance reporting is a must.
• Understanding of the end-to-end client reporting ecosystem in OCIO business is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Wealth management ecosystem.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, transition and project management skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to shift seamlessly between multiple projects.
• Full-time bachelors degree in accounting/finance. MBA or CFA charterholders are preferred.
