Role DescriptionPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced senior Python developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, a proven track record of delivering high-quality code, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers. As a senior Python developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet our clients needs and contribute to the growth of the company.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design software solutions, and implement features that align with business goals.
• Lead the end-to-end development process, including planning, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment of Python applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices in software development.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering their professional growth.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and consistency.
• Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Python and related fields, and apply this knowledge to improve development processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of applications in various environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and practices within the team.

Technical SkillsSkills Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a minimum of 5-8 years working on complex software projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks and libraries.
• Proficient in building APIs using Django (DRF), Flask, and FastAPI.
• Deep understanding of REST architecture and best practices.
• Experience with database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like PyTest or UnitTest.
• Previous experience leading and mentoring junior developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-have skillsQualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in relevant field
• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
