Role DescriptionAs a Senior Oracle, EBS, SCM Specialist at Incedo, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management (SCM) module for our clients. You will be expected to configure the module to meet the needs of our clients and provide ongoing support to ensure its optimal performance.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite and Supply Chain Management applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain database structures, schemas, and stored procedures to support business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance and capacity, and implement backup and recovery procedures.
Technical SkillsSkills Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and their integration with other applications.
  • Understanding of Oracle EBS data model, security model, and concurrent processing.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS SCM module configuration and customization.
  • Skilled in integrating EBS and SCM with other systems and customizing the modules to meet specific business needs.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must understand the companys long-term vision and align with it.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring the successful completion of tasks, and promoting a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and productivity, taking responsibility for the whole team.
Nice-to-have skillsQualifications
  • 4-6 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred.
