Role DescriptionRole Description:As a Senior Technical Lead - Network at Incedo, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client network infrastructure. Your duties will include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, managing security and access controls, and collaborating with other teams to ensure network availability and reliability.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing network infrastructure for clients.
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Monitoring network performance and ensuring security.
  • Implementing network security measures such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
  • Providing technical support for network-related issues.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure network integration and functionality.
  • Managing network access controls and permissions.
  • Maintaining documentation of network configurations and changes.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.
Technical SkillsSkills Requirements:
  • Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and routing protocols.
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, PRTG, or SolarWinds.
  • Understanding of network security concepts such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management.
Nice-to-have skillsQualificationsQualifications:
  • 8-10 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred.
