Role Description
  • Architect, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure solutions, including Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL.
  • Design and manage virtual networks, subnets, VPNs, and network security groups.
  • Develop and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like ARM Templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Automate operational processes using scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Set up Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for infrastructure and application performance monitoring.
  • Optimize Azure resources for cost efficiency and performance improvements.
  • Implement Azure security best practices, including Azure Policies, RBAC, Key Vault, and Azure Security Center.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Design and implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans using Azure Site Recovery and Azure Backup.
  • Work closely with developers, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with Azure infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and resolve Azure-related technical issues in a timely manner.
Technical Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with core Azure services like VMs, Storage Accounts, Load Balancers, App Gateway, and Azure AD.
  • Solid understanding of Azure networking, including VNet peering, Azure Firewall, and Application Gateway.
  • Proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps, Terraform, Bicep, and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
  • Experience implementing RBAC, Azure Policies, and managing compliance using Azure Security Center.
  • Strong experience in setting up monitoring tools and performance tuning Azure services.
Nice-to-have skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Qualifications
  • Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
  • Hands-on experience with ARM/Terraform.
