Role Description
  • Manage & optimize Oracle databases (19c) for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Administer and configure Oracle RAC and ASM storage solutions.
  • Implement DataGuard for high availability and disaster recovery.
  • Perform large-scale database migrations with minimal downtime.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for database monitoring and automation.
  • Work with VMWare and Red Hat Linux (7x or higher) environments to support database infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications and data-driven projects.
Technical Skills
  • 10 years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
  • Expertise in Oracle 19c, Oracle RAC, ASM, and DataGuard.
  • Hands-on experience with VMWare and Network Attached Storage (NAS).
  • Strong knowledge of Red Hat Linux (7x or higher).
  • Large-scale database migration experience is a must.
  • Proficiency in OEM build and configuration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-have skills
  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based database solutions (AWS RDS, Azure, or OCI).
  • Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or SQL).
