Role DescriptionRole Description:As a Technical Lead - Tech Publications at Incedo, you will be responsible for creating technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders. You should have excellent writing skills and be able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and product documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and develop documentation
  • Review and edit documentation for grammar, punctuation, and formatting
Technical SkillsSkills Requirements:
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of technical writing principles such as audience analysis, document design, and content development.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe Framemaker, or Confluence.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must understand the companys long-term vision and align with it.
  • Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
  • Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Nice-to-have skillsQualifications
  • 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
  • B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
