Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CONFLUENCE Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring, customizing, and managing Atlassian Confluence solutions to support document management, collaboration, and reporting. This role requires technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Technical Skills
  • Design, develop, and implement Confluence workflows, custom fields, screens, and dashboards to support business processes.
  • Configure and maintain Confluence projects, permissions, issue security schemes, and notification schemes.
  • Develop custom Confluence plugins and scripts using Groovy or other relevant technologies.
  • Create and manage automation rules in Confluence to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Confluence solutions.
  • Manage Confluence integrations with other tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, and third-party applications.
  • Ensure Confluence system stability, performance, and security.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist users with Confluence-related queries.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for improved visibility into project progress and performance.
  • Train and guide team members on Confluence best practices and efficient usage.
Requirement:
  • Proven experience as a Confluence Developer or Confluence Administrator with strong knowledge of Confluence administration and configuration.
  • Proficiency in Groovy scripting, Confluence API, and related technologies.
  • Experience in integrating Confluence with JIRA, Bitbucket, or other tools.
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
