Role Description
  • Develop, test, and deploy UI Path automation solutions based on business requirements.
  • Monitor BOT performance and running status, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, errors, or failures efficiently.
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify new automation opportunities, and suggest improvements.
  • Work on enhancements, modifications, and bug fixes in existing RPA processes.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and optimization of automated workflows.
  • Maintain proper documentation for automation processes, including workflow design, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies while developing automation solutions.
Technical Skills
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UI Path RPA development.
  • Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, best practices, and development methodologies.
  • Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting BOTs for high availability and performance.
  • Ability to interact directly with clients/stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss automation strategies.
  • Good understanding of SQL databases (writing queries, extracting data, troubleshooting issues).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Experience in handling automation change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • UI Path certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Nice-to-have skills
  • Experience in integrating UI Path with third-party applications and APIs.
  • Knowledge of Orchestrator and handling bot deployments.
  • Understanding of basic scripting (Python, VB, or JavaScript) for automation extensions.
  • Exposure to Cloud-based RPA deployments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UI Path RPA development.
