Role DescriptionRole Description:As a Technical Lead - Automation Testing - DataCom (Networking, L2-L3, L4-L7 Protocols) at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing and executing automated test cases and scripts for network protocols at different layers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automation testing solutions for DataCom networks, including Layer 2, Layer 3, and Layer 4-7 protocols.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Configure and deploy automation testing solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing tools and techniques for DataCom networks, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Technical SkillsSkills Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and Shell.
  • Expertise in network protocols and network testing tools.
  • Experience in automation testing of networking products.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must understand the companys long-term vision and align with it.
  • Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
  • Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Nice-to-have skillsQualifications
  • 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field.
  • B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred.
