Role DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled Technical Writer who can create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation to support our products and services. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating documents that explain and simplify complex architectures and patterns by having constant interactions with the development team and the client stakeholders.Technical Skills
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documents that cover various architectural patterns.
  • Collaborate with software developers, engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear documentation.
  • Edit and proofread documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readability.
  • Should be able to document technical concepts using corresponding architectural diagrams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and incorporate feedback into existing documentation.
  • Keep documentation up to date based on comments from stakeholders.
  • Ensure documentation is consistent with company style guidelines, branding, and terminology.
  • Manage multiple documentation projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Continuously improve documentation processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Nice-to-have SkillsQualifications
  • Bachelors degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the IT industry, preferably with knowledge of software, hardware, or IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, especially related to software development, APIs, and systems architecture.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, Markdown, and DITA.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation management platforms.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical content for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow style guides and documentation standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to document suggested frameworks and patterns and propose new standards, policies, guidelines, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with technical writing for cloud-based solutions or web applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with multimedia content creation (e.g., video tutorials, diagrams, or infographics).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic programming languages.
  • Experience with online collaborative tools.
