Role DescriptionRole Description:As a Software Engineer - Design Process at Incedo, you will be responsible for ensuring that design processes are efficient, effective, and consistent across projects. You will work with designers, developers, and project managers to define design processes and develop best practices. You will be skilled in project management tools such as Jira or Asana and have experience with agile development methodologies.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing design processes and methodologies
  • Conducting design reviews and providing feedback for improvement
  • Collaborating with other teams to integrate design into business strategies
  • Developing and maintaining design documentation and standards
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior design process specialists
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design process
Technical SkillsSkills Requirements:
  • Understanding of user-centered design methodologies such as design thinking, user research, or usability testing.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with interaction design patterns and principles such as affordances, feedback, or mapping.
  • Experience with design collaboration and project management tools such as InVision, Trello, or Asana.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must understand the companys long-term vision and align with it.
Nice-to-have skillsQualifications
  • 3-5 years of work experience in relevant field
  • B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
