Role DescriptionLooking for a Content QA Analyst to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and quality of financial content across digital platforms. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of financial and banking-related information, ensuring it meets industry regulations, brand standards, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial content validation, strong analytical skills, and an understanding of compliance requirements in the finance and banking industry.Technical SkillsKey Responsibilities:Content Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Review, proofread, and validate financial content for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and adherence to regulatory and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all digital content complies with financial regulations, including SEC, FINRA, GDPR, and PCI DSS where applicable.
• Verify that interest rates, fees, terms & conditions, and disclaimers are correctly presented across banking products such as loans, credit cards, and investment services.
• Conduct compliance checks to ensure mandatory legal and financial disclosures are properly displayed.

Testing & Validation:

• Perform QA testing on content within digital banking platforms, mobile apps, and marketing materials.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure content is displayed correctly and functions as intended.
• Identify and report errors using QA tools like JIRA, Siteimprove, and BrowserStack.
• Validate localized and translated content for financial services in different markets.

Collaboration & Process Improvement:

• Work closely with content writers, compliance officers, product managers, and development teams to address content-related issues.
• Develop and maintain content QA checklists, test cases, and best practices for regulatory content validation.
• Recommend improvements in content workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in automating content QA processes where applicable.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in content QA, financial content management, or digital publishing within the banking industry.
• Strong understanding of financial services, investment products, banking regulations, and compliance standards.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Drupal, or WordPress.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility guidelines (WCAG) for financial content.
• Experience with QA tools such as Grammarly, Siteimprove, or Accessibility Checkers.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for content validation.
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Understanding of financial risk management and regulatory content audits.
• Exposure to automation testing tools for content validation.
