Job Description

Customer Engineer, Small/Medium BusinessesLocation: Mexico City, CDMX, MexicoExperience Level: MidOverview:Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.Application Instructions:Please submit your resume in English - we can only consider applications submitted in this language.Only applications of candidates with Mexican citizenship will be evaluated for this role in compliance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Federal Labor Law.Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience with cloud platforms, AI, business applications, infrastructure, integration, security, analytics, collaboration or geospatial solutions.
  • Experience delivering technical presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in one or more programming languages and with one technical area (e.g., networking, security, databases, AI/ML, IoT, etc.).
  • Knowledge of common systems management concepts such as image management, patching, automated deployment, etc.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture.

  • Build product or partner specific, go-to-market solutions to reduce business cycles and drive partner business as measured through pipeline and business growth.
  • Own the technical relationship with customers and partners, support sellers and partners drive toward customer acceptance of the technical proposal, and work with partners during the migration phase to assure they have all the tools necessary.
  • Build trusted advisory relationships and make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure to implement a complete solution providing best practice advice to customers to optimize Google Cloud effectiveness.
