Job Description

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
  • Experience with Human Resources, Stakeholder Management, Human Resources Program Management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in implementing HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent change management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Work with the teams to ensure end-to-end delivery for our HR processes in the country. Contribute to the deployment of priority country-focused HR programs and initiatives, aligned to the countrys People plan.
  • Solve for compliance matters and review local policies in the context of the market.
  • Work with the HR Compliance team, Process Ownership team, User Support team, and the relevant Corporate Operations Engineer (COE) teams on prioritizing and mitigating market risks.
  • Provide local context and advice on HR-related matters.
  • Support local labor relations management, including engaging with councils/work councils. Drive recommendations and prioritization to ensure work is in service at the end of the delivery.
