Job Description

Technical Solutions Consultant, gTech Ads Sellside (Spanish, English)Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; Mexico City, CDMX, MexicoExperience Level: EarlyNote: Please submit your resume in English - we can only consider applications submitted in this language.   • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience project managing and delivering technical solutions.
  • Experience with internet technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SQL, XML, HTTP protocols.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • 2 years of customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consulting, or technical business.
  • Experience with XML and HTTP protocols.

  • Help partners in their tests by providing consultation, delivering solutions, and conducting technical troubleshooting to their problems and pain points.
  • Assist clients in the adoption of new products, upgrades, and migrations. Improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering.
  • Manage the technical aspects of client integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
  • Work with data sets. Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced investigative methods as needed. Conduct analyses that include data gathering and requirements specification, exploratory data analysis, model development, and written and verbal delivery of results to business partners and executives.
  • Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
