What are your contributions to the team
  • You will design, execute and improve preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans in a timely manner.
  • You will coordinate work with service providers and manage spare parts and supplies inventory to ensure maintenance.
  • You will provide support for operational questions and requirements from support areas.
  • You will standardize processes, procedures and best practices for the Queretaro site and management of the same with other sites outside of Mexico.
  • You will manage projects from start to finish, as well as manage the project portfolio.
How to thrive in this role Skills, knowledge & experience:
  • You have an engineering degree in mechatronics, mechanics or industrial engineering.
  • You have 3 years experience executing/implementing maintenance plan.
  • You know about: CAD (CATIA, NX or Solid Works), IGD&T, Lean Manufacturing.
  • You have Advanced Intermediate English.
