Job Title: Collection Process Specialist (US Process)We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven professionals to join our US-based collections team. As a Collection Process Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers who are over 90 days past due on their credit card payments and successfully negotiating payment resolutions through outbound calls.Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue credit card payments (90 days past due)
• Effectively negotiate and persuade customers to settle outstanding balances
• Handle customer objections professionally while maintaining compliance and empathy
• Accurately document customer interactions, commitments, and payment arrangements in the system
Shift Details
• Rotational shifts between 5:30 PM and 10:00 AM (IST)
• 5 working days per week
Compensation
• Salary: 28,000 per month

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented with the ability to handle challenging conversations
• Prior experience in customer service, collections, or call center roles is preferred
• Ability to work in rotational night shifts
