Job Responsibilities:-1. To prepare Master validation programme for all System 2. To prepare process validation protocol and validate the process accordingly3. Preparation of all Qualification Documents like water system Qualification , HVAC system ,Nitrogen system Qualification ,Compressed Air Qualification System etc.4. Preparation of internal audit schedule and execute accordingly as per department 5. Impartment of training to the junior and trainee officer 6. Responsible for investigation, OSS and market complaint7.To prepare cleaning validation protocol and execute accordingly8. Awareness about the non compliance and what action should be taken 9.Implimentation of cGMP practice 10.To review all the new documents prepared. QA Officer (IPQA). Line clearance of product equipments documents shall be done and ensure for completion 2. Balance to be verify before weighing of any kinds of material and log sheet to filled /verify3. All logical data integrity documents i.e. BMR/BPR, Temp. RH, Differential pressure, area/equipments/ instruments cleaning format to be check & verified.4. All dispatch FG materials checking5. The leak test & other defects to be checkout at interval timings & recorded.6. Verifying cleaning of area equipment before line clearance 7. Verifying all the in process check during process 8 .verifying all the status label properly when send the batch one area to another area
