    1. On-calls demonstrate the ability to articulate the benefits of competitive exam courses clearly and convince potential students and parents, counsel them in the best manner, and convert leads into admissions.
    2. Focus on understanding the unique needs and concerns of prospective students with their parents, customize your sale pitch to address their specific requirements.
    3. Efficiently manage call times, ensuring a balance between providing detailed information and keeping calls within a reasonable duration.
    4. Implement a structured follow-up process to nurture leads, work on connectivity, and guide potential students and their parents through the decision-making process.
    5. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor, creating a conducive environment for effective sales conversations.
    6. Be open to feedback, from Team Lead and use it constructively to improve sales techniques and strategies.
    7. Leverage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate records, track interactions, and streamline the sales process.
    8. Need to Focus on Trust building and providing guidance to choose best career option to Students and their Parents .
