    Business Development Manager For Leading Ed-Tech company.We are hiring for Business Development Manager Profile for Worlds largest Ed-tech company, and one of the hottest product start-ups globally creating highly adaptive, engaging and effective learning products for students from ages 4 to 30 through its products spanning across Kindergarten to 12th and via it is competitive exams offerings like the JEE, NEET, CAT, IAS and global tests such as SAT, GRE and GMAT.Function:Sales and Business Sales / Business Development

    Minimum one year of experience in Business Development role assisting the company to acquire new customers/trainee enrollmentsand sell products or services to existing customers.Findings for Working Locations: Punjab, Gujarat, Karnataka & North EastResponsibilities:
    • Identifying new sales leads
    • Pitching products and/or services potential trainees.
    • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing line of trainees & customers
    • Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
    • Contacting potential clients/trainees via email or phone to establish report and set up meetings
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
    • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
    • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
    • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products
    • Developing quotes and proposals
    • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
    • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
    Skills Required:
    • Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
    • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
    • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
