DynPro is looking for multiple Technical Recruiters for our office in Mohali.You will be responsible for finding, attracting, and placing top IT professional Consultants on the market for our clients projects. You will be in charge of your earnings because we will give you a very attractive basic salary and the opportunity to maximize your salary with our generous commissions.You will have the responsibility of monitoring the hiring process from beginning to finish (getting candidates feedback, rejecting, negotiating salary package & contract, managing candidates and clients expectations,s, etc). You will develop an in-depth knowledge of the IT market, as you interview/build up a relationship with these IT Consultants.You will then have the opportunity to work with big international clients, to understand their business, and present the DynPro Brand to Key Decision Makers on how DynPro services can help them solve their staffing needs.Desired Skills And Experience

• 9+ Years of experience in US Staffing
• Understanding of US tax terms, immigration, geography, etc.

• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Driven and results-oriented
• A dynamic working spirit with a positive can-do attitude
• Proactive and organized
• Resilient and able to work under pressure
• Motivated to work within an international team and share knowledge with colleagues, candidates, and clients
