Job Description

    • Sourcing & Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads via cold calling, field visits, digital platforms, and self-sourcing.
    • Channel Management: Build and nurture a network of builders, property dealers, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and Direct Sales Associates (DSAs) to drive referral business.
    • Client Engagement: Meet with prospective borrowers, understand their financial requirements, and explain product features, interest rates, and eligibility.
    • Loan Processing: Collect, verify, and process customer documentation (KYC, income proofs, property papers).
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth credit underwriting, property valuation, and loan disbursal.
    • Portfolio & Compliance: Maintain a high-quality loan book by monitoring repayments and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
