VERTICAL HEAD*Strategy planning, implementing, monitoring execution for sales and collection growth, Develop and execute medium-long term sales strategies to build a resilient and scalable enterprise business.*Responsible to achieve assigned targets in the region.* Collaborate with Marketing on initiatives to broaden awareness and drive demand generation.*Drive revenue growth and ensure effective pipeline management of the enterprise segments.*Responsible for product pitching, profitability and payment collection.* Oversee/Monitor Leads, Site Visits, Negotiation and Closure of all potential Sales opportunities.*Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.*Support recruitment, training, coaching and retention of quality sales and marketing personnel.*Periodic reporting to Management.
