Job Description

Location: MohaliCity: MohaliState: Punjab (IN-PB)Country: India (IN)Requisition Number: 36853Role Purpose StatementsThis role will be responsible for supporting different Transformation initiatives in different finance & Commercial space. The successful candidate will require collaboration with multiple functions to understand and support derive solutions to sustainable and efficient execution of solution.Main Accountabilities

Lead / support key transformation initiatives
Analyze processes, complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.
Support solution design / due-diligence efforts for transformation programs
Create detailed implementation project plans with timelines and ownerships.
Provide support in process transitions and work on process stabilization, have well defined control process, SOPs and KPIs.
Align with multiple stakeholders to manage the program deliverables.

Knowledge and Skills

Experience as a core transformation person driving various global initiatives.
Long-term visioning and planning for transitions.
Setting clear goals and creating actionable plans to achieve them.
Strong project planning, execution, and monitoring skills.
Managing resources, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
Strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and best practice.
Knowledge in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred.
Ability to provide high quality level of customer service to internal & external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure.
Strong written & oral communications skills in English. Knowledge of European languages added advantage.
Strong problem solving & organization skills.
Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in working with SAP system.

Education and Experience

Graduation in Finance with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of proven experience, with at least 3-4 years of experience as a core transformation person driving global initiatives.
Domain expertise in Finance Transformations.
Prior experience of working in different countries & geographies would be an added advantage.
Commercial and financial acumen with a fair understanding of impact of failure in terms of business cost and customer satisfaction.
