Job Description

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive/Specialist.
  • Headhunter, Recruiter or similar with an IT Industry background.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails).
  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Good decision-making skills.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the concerned hiring Senior/Manager to define necessary requirements for open roles.
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the Management/Department Head.
  • Coordinate with Concerned Seniors to design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary.
  • Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates.
  • Advertise open positions on external networks.
  • Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals.
  • Maintain organized databases with candidates data.
  • Attend job fairs and organize career events with the concerned Senior/Manager.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Share the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Recruitment reports with the Concerned Senior and the Manager.
  • Achieve the target assigned (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) and other ongoing requirements within agreed quality and timelines.
Required Experience:
  • Talent Acquisition {1.5 to 2.5 Years}
  • Candidates with an IT Industry background only (For the experienced candidates).
Qualifications:
  • B. Tech, BBA, BCA, B. Sc (IT)Candidates with MBA Degree (HR/IT/IB) will be preferred.
  • Strong communication skills
