Put your passion, drive and expertise to work with the worlds cloud security leader.We are looking for an experienced Manager, Travel & Operations to join our Travel team. Reporting to the Director, Global Travel & Events, youll be responsible for:

  • Oversee daily company travel for employees, including airline tickets, hotels, and transportation for various activities like customer meetings, quarterly business reviews, sales conferences, and marketing events.
  • Lead a team of 25 people, organized into 3 shifts covering global time zones. Rotate shifts every three months to ensure round-the-clock, 7-day-a-week coverage.
  • Ensure quality, cost-effective travel adhering to Zscalers Travel policy.
  • Ensure all travel requests via ServiceNow are promptly addressed, booked and saved in SharePoint.
  • Work with the Director of Global and Events to enhance employee travel experiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes to increase department efficiency, reduce risks, and cut costs.
  • Ensure systems and controls are in place as per procedure manuals, meeting established timelines.
  • Develop team members through orientation, training, objective setting, and, while building morale and maintaining discipline.
What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Master in Commerce, Bachelor of Commerce, Master In business Management
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Travel, Hospitality Industry, Tourism
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Manager in a reputed organization
