Job Description

Qualification: BE / B Tech / MCA / MSc / ME / M Tech  10+ years of experience in the industrySkill / Experience:Primary Skills: 8+ years of Hands-on experience as a Back-end developer  Strong proficiency in NodeJS, JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Integration of multiple data sources and databases. Web services development and integration using SOAP, REST, XML, JSON,  Security, encryption, open-source platforms, messaging systems Writing SQL statements in PostgreSQL / other RDBMS Proficient in writing automated unit and functional tests Proficient with Git source control and effective branching and release management practicesSecondary Skills:  Experience of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3. Knowledge of modern web development tools including JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS / React JS and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap.Responsibilities: Developing customer-facing back-end services for various Government processes. Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code. Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions. Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of user-facing elements with server-side business logic. Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing various dynamic reports. Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, providing technical support and recommending / implementing improvements to processes and technologies. Keeping up-to-date on the advancements of Node.js development in various department applications.  Participate in formal and informal code reviews to ensure code quality. Actively contribute to the automated test suite to enable continuous integration. Assist with application deployments in State Data Centre / Cloud environment Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Capable to handle the tasks independently. Performs any other related duties incidental to the work described therein.
