Job Description

Position Name- Desktop Support Engineer / Resident Engineer / System/Windows AdministratorJob Description-
1. Desktop management support
2. Troubleshoot Windows 7, win 8, windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2013 and 2016,
3. Supporting application support and troubleshooting.
4. Also Install upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
5. VPN, VMware , Thin client
6. Network support for desktop LAN connectivity.
7. Associate to manage complete IS support for each issue.
8. Associate should work on critical situation support business.
9. Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support
10. Knowledge with firewalls, Internet VPNs remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
11. Basic knowledge on cisco ISR and ASR routers.
Location- PAN IndiaQualification- Degree in Bachelor of Engineering or equivalentExperience- Freshers requiredShifts- Rotational (24x7)Additional Perks apart from Salary- Night Shift Allowance (NSA) will be paid over and above CTC as per the standard TCS NSA rates.
