    DesignationBusiness Development Exec- Surat & Mumbai locationCandidateMaleAge: Upto 35 YrsEducational QualificationGraduate, (MBA-Sales & Marketing or Experience from the Signage Industry preferred).Additional SkillsSmart Dressing & Confident PersonalityGood communication skills, verbal as well as writtenFluent in Gujarati & EnglishQuick and Self learnerSurat resident Having own bike will be an added advantageExperience / Segments2-3 years of experience in Business Development, related industry preferred.Role DefinitionTo penetrate deeper into existing clients (add to existing revenues)), tap new customer potential, explore new markets with an overall focus on revenue generation and building of company image.Responsibility DeliverablesGenerating Revenue at optimum Margins.Maintaining and expanding existing markets and Customer base.Efficiently maintaining Customer Database.Preparing well assessed KYC (Credit Profile) of Customers (Assuring negligible Bad Depts).Making visits and calls as targets set.Presenting well supported market information to the management for future strategic planning.Ensuring proper Coordination between Sales and Logistics teamTask & Activities.Maintaining good working relationships with customers and expanding existing markets & customer baseAchieve and exceed the set targets both top line and Bottom line.Maintain regular follow of our Existing Converter clients from the Digital Print Industry, understand their project requirements maintain sufficient stocks, maximize sales, and maintain timely follow up of their payments within due time.Conduct Effective sales meeting to position our products as best choice and maintain the profit index as per management policy.Responsibility of completion of the sales cycle from Order confirmation, execution, billing, and payment collection. .Maintaining and updating the Customer database periodically.Efficient and effective reporting of minutes of all sales calls and visits, on daily basis.Evaluating the clients based on Co. KYC format and getting the credit limit sanctioned from the Finance Team with a target to achieve Zero Bad Depts.Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the characteristics, strengths and Weaknesses of our existing products in par with competition.Travel mainly within Ahmedabad / SuratEnsuring customer needs are addressed & resolvedSubmitting all review reports as scheduled by the managementSalary PackageRs.3,50,000/- P.A plus incentives ReportingBusiness HeadOffice Timing10:00 am to 8: 00 pm (Monday-Saturday)
