Job Description

The Additive Manufacturing Technician is responsible for the optimization, customization and operation(Hardware and Software) of army of FDM 3D Printers. The Additive Manufacturing Technician is responsible for the optimization, customization and operation of 3D printing technologies including creating and processing 3D CAD files for printing, post processing of 3D models, developing and utilizing 3D printing materials, periodic care and maintenance of printers and associated equipment to include cleaning and performing scheduled calibrations.Responsibilities also include project request engineering and design support. He will also be required to administer the CAD and other 3D printer management software applying product updates when necessary. The nature of the position is highly technical and requires attention to detail as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.Desired Candidate Profile
    • University degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent fields.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent facilitation, consultation, and Influence skills Knowledge of 3D CAD softwares/Ras-pi
    • Knowledge of 3D wide range of printing technologies (FDM, Stereolithography, Material Jetting, Powder Bed Fusion, Binder Jetting, SLS, DMLS)
    • Ability to build and work across divisions as well as internal and external teams and vendors Candidates who are available for full time.
